Terms of Service

1. About EduPlayHub
EduPlayHub ("the Service", "we", "us") is an interactive educational platform providing games and learning activities for children ages 2–12, operated at eduplayhub.kids. The Service is accessed via web browser and is managed by parents, guardians, or teachers on behalf of child learners.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using EduPlayHub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscription holders.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately at eduplayhub.kids@outlook.com of any unauthorised access. One primary account per household is permitted on the Free plan.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be limited until a paid subscription is selected. The free trial is available once per email address.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
EduPlayHub offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Basic and Premium) billed in US dollars. Subscriptions are managed securely via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). By subscribing, you authorise Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us at eduplayhub.kids@outlook.com within 7 calendar days of your first charge. Refunds are processed in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's merchant refund policy and are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, for partial billing periods, or for accounts that have previously received a refund. See our full Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended educational purpose. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to circumvent security or access controls; scraping, harvesting, or bulk-downloading content; using the Service to develop or train competing software or AI/ML systems; impersonating any person or entity; and any unlawful use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance
EduPlayHub is designed for use by children under the supervision of a responsible adult. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent international laws. Child profiles are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. 9. Intellectual Property
All content, games, graphics, text, and functionality on EduPlayHub are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your account and progress data remain yours; you grant us a licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduPlayHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law or where you have a statutory right to bring claims in court.
