Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to feel confident subscribing to EduPlayHub. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process outlined below.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. This applies to new subscribers only and is available once per account. To request a refund, email eduplayhub.kids@outlook.com with your account email and reason for the request.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund: (a) the request must be made within 7 days of the charge; (b) the account must not have been suspended for Terms of Service violations; and (c) the account must not have previously received a refund. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods after the initial 7-day window.

Free Trial

The 7-day free trial does not require payment and cannot be refunded. The money-back guarantee applies to the first paid charge after the trial ends, not during the trial period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation after the 7-day refund window does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the remaining days in the billing period.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
